In a quirky village known for its timid residents, the legend of Sumathi Valavu, a haunted path guarded by the spirit of Sumathi, instills fear in everyone. Among them is Appu, the village's most timid yet active member. When Parvathi arrives, Appu falls for her, despite challenges like his past with her brother-in-law Mahesh. Initially rejecting him due to family tensions, Parvathi gradually reciprocates. Amidst family opposition and an arranged marriage threat, Mahesh proposes they elope. Facing Madhavan's goons and Sumathi Valavu's haunted path, Appu and Parvathi aim to escape their fate together.
